We are incredibly proud of the resilience and integrity our team has exhibited throughout this year’s industry challenges. This year has presented our industry and company with unexpected challenges. However, our collective passion and commitment have driven RNDC to new heights, guiding us through this evolving landscape in the beverage alcohol industry.
Premiumization: We recognize the potential within the premium wine and spirits segments and see this as an area to expand our portfolio, including a wider variety of products to better align with evolving consumer preferences.
Digital Transformation: Our eCommerce platform, eRNDC, has seen record sales with a $1B milestone, market expansion, and a 69% growth in its customer base. eRNDC provides 24/7 access to our product portfolios and order management. RNDC pioneered digital innovation by unveiling REDI, a cutting-edge digital accelerator capturing today’s tech-savvy consumers.
Operational Excellence: Our Optimization Continuous Improvement (OCI) team focused on enhancing warehouse operations across 39 warehouses, resulting in $16.8M in efficiencies.
Expansion Plans: We've doubled our market share in key regions like New York and Illinois while continuing to grow in California, Illinois, New York, and New England.
National and Strategic Accounts (NASA): Our NASA structure and market strategy have improved RNDC's understanding of channel dynamics, allowing us to meet our customers’ needs better. We are closing the gap between business intelligence and consumer insights, driving further growth.
In 2024, we welcomed Richard Davis and Stephanie Block as the newest members of RNDC’s Board of Directors. Both are enthusiastic about bringing innovation and fresh perspectives to the board. As generational members of RNDC, Richard and Stephanie are committed to upholding the traditions established by their families while focusing on the well-being of RNDC’s suppliers, customers, and associates.
We significantly improved our second half-of-the-year trends by focusing on the fundamentals, we were able to grow our market share. Everyone plays a crucial role—from setting up the account sale to warehousing, delivering the products, and collecting revenue. Ultimately, it all comes down to exceptional customer service.

This new monthly newsletter delivers the latest insights from the wine and spirits industry, including data, trends, expert cocktail recipes, and tips to inspire your business.

In August 2024, RNDC introduced Republic Digital (REDI), a digital accelerator aimed at enhancing brand engagement with tech-savvy consumers in partnership with our suppliers. This initiative highlights RNDC’s dedication to leveraging technology for the benefit of its partners in the beverage alcohol industry.
Empowering Brands: REDI simplifies digital engagement by creating three-tier compliant transactional websites through a partnership with Shopify. It also boosts brand visibility on platforms like Instacart, Uber Eats, and DoorDash, ensuring effective consumer engagement. REDI focuses on the unified shopper experience with the one goal in mind to impact digitally at the point of purchase for our brands.
Driving Growth: REDI offers data-driven insights and trends analysis, helping brands make informed decisions on how to impact in a digital way. A pilot program saw a major wine brand achieve a 400% increase in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) using REDI’s services. REDI has also seen brands crawl into the top 15 brands in their category with thought-out long-term investment in the digital space.
