Hunger Action Month: Our associates have been dedicated to the battle against hunger, spearheading initiatives under the banner of RNDC Team Feed. Together, we’ve raised awareness about food insecurity, organized office food drives, and volunteered at local food banks.

Season of Giving: Spreading Joy and Making a Difference: In November and December, we teamed up with organizations addressing some of the most pressing needs during the holiday season: Feeding America and Wreaths Across America.

Volunteerism Program: The Power of One: We believe in the power of giving back and encourage our associates to use the company provided eight hours of paid time each year to volunteer for nonprofit organizations.

Recipe for Responsibility: Our Recipe for Responsibility is a spirited call to action. We stir up awareness and education that empowers everyone to advocate for responsible consumption and savor our brands mindfully.

Partnering with Responsibility.org: We proudly stand with Responsibility.org, championing a crucial mission to end impaired driving, wipe out underage drinking, and promote a culture of responsible consumption.

RNDC Awarded 2024 Beverage Wholesaler Best Practices Award for “Best Sustainability Initiative”

Rooted in our greenhouse emissions inventory and steered by a materiality assessment, our strategic plan revolves around four crucial pillars of decarbonization.

Sustainable Fleet and Electrification: Identifying opportunities to transition to a more sustainable fleet with cleaner fuel.
Renewable Energy and Facilities: Exploring solutions to reduce energy demand and use clean sources with a lower environmental impact.
Circular Economy and Waste: Committing to sustainable waste management and protection of natural resources by reducing, recycling, and reusing.
Supply Chain Engagement: Partnering with suppliers and customers to identify ways to reduce supply chain emissions.

RNDC Green Team is a passionate group of associates dedicated to leading volunteer events, promoting and modeling sustainable practices and teaching the importance of sustainable brands.

RNDC has set a goal to reduce our carbon footprint by 50% by 2033. This goal informs our daily decisions and keeps environmental sustainability top of mind across our entire organization.

Partnered with ProStar Energy Solutions to install solar systems at Lubbock, TX, and Ashland, VA, reducing annual energy consumption significantly.
In 2025, we'll partner with CBRE to install solar panels at our Tracy, CA facility, aiming for full solar power during peak hours.
Our Distribution Center Recycling Program transforms cardboard, shrink wrap, wood pallets, and unused wine and spirits into ethanol, significantly reducing our environmental footprint.

RNDC Recycling Day 2024

The RNDC Corpus Christi, TX team made significant strides in sustainability by increasing our recycling efforts. We proudly recycled 10,220 pounds of materials, a substantial improvement from 3,374 pounds in 2023. This remarkable increase reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship and continuous improvement in waste management.

Community Cleanup

RNDC associates and suppliers teamed up with Keep Tahoe Blue for a community cleanup in South Lake Tahoe, CA, collecting over 50 pounds of trash and 150 cigarette butts despite heavy rain. This is just one example of how RNDC is partnering with our business partners to contribute to a cleaner, healthier planet.
